FOXX MEDIA GROUP s.r.o., as the operator of the website https://www.foxx-media.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), declares that all processed personal data are considered strictly confidential. 2. Collection and Processing of Data Related to Our Website

2.1 Automatically Processed Data When Visiting the Website

Whenever you access our Website, your browser automatically transmits data that are stored in the server log files. These include (hereinafter “log file data”):

  • information about the browser type and version,

  • the user’s operating system,

  • the internet service provider and the user’s IP address,

  • the date and time of access.

Log file data are evaluated anonymously to continuously improve the Website, adapt it to the interests of our users, and quickly fix errors. For these purposes, our legitimate interest in processing data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Non-anonymized log file data are used solely for the detection of malfunctions and to ensure system security, including detecting and tracking unauthorized access attempts, fraud attempts, and misuse. Data are retained for 7 to 14 days and then deleted. Log file data that must be retained for evidentiary purposes will not be deleted until the relevant incident has been fully clarified, and in individual cases may be passed on to investigative authorities.

If you actively provide us with data, for example by registering in our online store or placing an order, we process the data you have provided.
